From start to finish our experience with Lynn Rich has been excellent and we are so pleased to have chosen Lynn as our breeder. Before the puppies were even born Lynn was friendly, knowledgable and happy to answer any and all of our questions. Once born, she kept us up to date with photos and videos of Penny. Lynn gave us plenty of time with Penny to make sure she was the one for us. She didn’t rush us, she made us feel comfortable and was very helpful. We decided on a name and she began using that name (which I thought was wonderful and appreciated). When it came time to pick up Penny to bring her home Lynn supplied us with toys, health certificate and most importantly new puppy information. While in Lynn’s care it was clear the puppies were well loved and cared for. Penny is a smart, beautiful friendly puppy, who just loves to play. Within the first week Penny had learned to sit, laydown and shake a paw, and within three weeks she had learned the commands leave it, stay and come. She has a great temperament and loves meeting new people and dogs. Even after we picked her up Lynn continued to answer any and all of my questions. We have had Penny for 10 months now. She is better than we could have ever imagined. Penny was our first Sheltie. Because of Lynn and her beautiful dogs, her knowledge and caring attitude we have decided to get a second puppy from Lynn. We would definitely recommend LynnDale Shelties to anyone wanting to add a Sheltie to their family.”
